I have written for newspapers and magazines in Sydney, Wellington, and London. Over 15 years, I’ve been features editor at The Sunday Telegraph magazine (UK) and British marie claire, and executive editor of marie claire Australia. I began as a news reporter at The Dominion Post, and my work has also appeared in The Australian Financial Review, The Sunday Telegraph (Aus), and more. I have served as a judge for The Walkley Awards.

For five years, I co-founded and ran PRIMER, a website focused on social justice and gendered violence, employing a dedicated reporter and donating half its profits to women’s NGOs, while employing a survivor. I continue to run content agency studio PRIMER.
